What is Sit.Be.Love?
SitBeLove was born out of an 8-week, silent retreat time. The first half of the retreat was a painful and frustrating grind, trying to solve my personal, relational, and professional problems through thinking. One day, a voice of wisdom arose, 'Just Sit down, Be Present, and Love; Love what IS.'
SitBeLove is a map for a mindfulness practice that anyone can follow, with Sam's lighthearted and straightforward teaching style. We learn to sit down, be present, awake, and aware, all through the lens of the heart, loving kindness and compassion for all that arises and passes away.

Forgiveness Series
February 6, 13, 20, and 27
Join Sam for her signature forgiveness series with these four live online classes. Sam has a special way of slowly guiding students through forgiveness practices for themselves and others.
Why do we wish to forgive? Is it for the other? For our hearts? We want to offer forgiveness not as a way to forget what has happened but as a way to heal our hearts, no longer carry rage and suffering around, and remind ourselves of the boundaries we wish to have through the lens of compassion. Are you ready to let go of the past and build resiliency in the present?
All Classes will be recorded and shared only with the Forgiveness Series group. Classes will include lectures, practice, and a period of Q&A/reflections.
Dates: Forgiveness Series - February 6, 13, 20, and 27 from 5 pm-6:30 pm MT/4 pm PT/7 pm EST
*Note: Returning students from the 2021 Forgiveness course: $50
Schedule a mentoring session with Sam.
Private sessions allow for deeper inquiry and personal support- great for new or seasoned meditators with further questions or those with trauma and addiction histories.
