February is for Forgiveness

This February, join me for my signature ONLINE ZOOM forgiveness series. Forgiveness is for YOUR heart first. Lean into letting go while giving rise to compassion for yourself and those who have caused you harm using equanimity as our wise boundary.

Class will run 4 Thursdays LIVE classes that will be recorded. February 6th, 13th, 20th and 27th from 5:30pm-7pm MST.

Sam uses traditional Buddhist meditation practices, blended with Early Childhood Attachment Injury/Repair to offer practices and insights to free our hearts from suffering around harms caused to us, by us and to ourselves from within our own heart/minds.
